Venue enquiries come in at all hours, often from couples and planners abroad. Many ask the same first questions. Vaki answers those from your own information, in their language, and hands the serious enquiries to you with the whole conversation.
The first questions are routine, the decisions are not
How many guests can you host, what is included, where is it, what are the rules on music, catering or accommodation. If those answers are in your information, Vaki gives them straight away. Choosing a venue is a big decision, so anything that needs judgement or a custom price goes to you.
Vaki answers questions about availability and price from the information you give it, and passes anyone who wants to book to you.
What Vaki does and does not do
- It answers from the information you give it, and when the answer is not there it asks the guest for an email address and tells you straight away.
- It reads your website to build the first version of its file. You check every line before it answers a guest.
- Your staff open one page, read the question and the whole conversation, and reply. The reply lands in the guest's own thread.
- Vaki does not take bookings or payments. It answers questions from your data and passes anyone who wants to book to you.
Enquirers from other countries
Vaki answers in 13 languages, in the language the sender wrote in. The enquirer does not pick a language from a menu, and you do not need to speak it to see what was asked: your staff open one page and read the whole conversation.
What it costs
Starter is $89 a month for up to 250 guest replies, with chat on your own website. Small is $159 (up to 500 replies), Medium is $289 (up to 2,000 replies, and email, WhatsApp and Telegram as well) and Large, with phone, is $769 (up to 6,000 replies). The first 14 days are free on every plan. You add a card to start, nothing is charged until day 15, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing. You can be invoiced in US dollars or euros (Starter is $89 or EUR 79 a month). There is no setup fee and no contract, and the prices are final, with no VAT added.

Does Vaki set custom prices for events?
No. It answers routine questions from your information. Anything that needs a custom price or a decision goes to you with the whole conversation.
Can it check whether a date is free?
From the information you give it. Vaki does not take bookings, and passes anyone who wants to book to you.
Which languages does it answer in?
Thirteen: Icelandic, English, German, French, Chinese, Japanese, Polish, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Russian and Korean.
