An AI front desk for tour guides and activity providers

You are on the trail, on the water or on a horse, and your phone is in a pocket. The same guest questions keep arriving. Vaki answers them in the guest's language, from your own information, and tells you what it could not answer.

Small teams cannot answer all day

A guide, a boat skipper or a two-person activity business has no one to sit at a desk. Messages wait until the evening, and a guest who wants an answer now books with whoever replies first.

Vaki is set up once with your tours or activities, meeting points, what to bring, age limits and policies. After that it answers those questions on your website at any hour. On the Medium plan it answers by email, WhatsApp and Telegram too.

What Vaki does and does not do

Safety decisions stay with you

Vaki never judges whether an outing is safe or going ahead. In Iceland, when the Met Office has a warning in force, it passes on the Met Office's own wording, word for word, in Icelandic or English, points to Veðurstofan and Vegagerðin, and tells you it was asked. The decision stays with you.

Is Vaki worth it for a one-person business?

Starter is $89 a month for up to 250 guest replies, with chat on your own website. The first 14 days are free, and there is no setup fee and no contract.

What does it need from me?

Your website. Vaki reads it and builds the first version of its own file. You read it through and correct anything wrong before it answers a guest.

What if a guest asks something it does not know?

It asks for an email address and tells you straight away. You open one page, read the conversation and answer.

Does it take bookings?

No. It answers questions from your information and passes anyone who wants to book to you.
