Refund policy
Last updated 8 October 2026
Vaki is a monthly subscription. The first 14 days are a free trial: you add a card to start, nothing is charged until day 15, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing. After that you can cancel at any time, and if Vaki is not right for your business within 14 days of your first payment, you get that payment back.
The free trial
Every plan starts with 14 free days. To start you add a payment card, and your card is not charged during the trial. The first charge happens on day 15, at the price you chose. Cancel at any point in the 14 days, up to the end of day 14, and nothing is ever charged. If you pay by invoice instead of card, the first invoice is sent after the 14 days.
To cancel during the trial, write to [email protected] or use the cancel link in any Paddle email or receipt. You do not need to give a reason.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no fee and no notice period beyond the month already paid for. Vaki keeps working until the end of that month, and you are not charged again after it.
To cancel, write to [email protected]. If you pay by card through Paddle, you can also cancel from the link in any Paddle receipt.
Your first payment
If you are not happy with Vaki within 14 days of your first payment, which is the first charge on day 15 of your trial, ask for a refund and your first payment is returned in full. No reason is needed.
After that
Monthly payments after those first 14 days are not refunded for the part of a month that has already started. Cancelling stops the next charge.
If Vaki was unavailable for a meaningful part of a month because of a fault on Vaki's side, write to [email protected] and that part of the month will be credited or refunded.
Changing plans
You can move to a smaller plan at any time, and the lower price applies from your next billing month. Moving to a larger plan takes effect straight away.
How refunds are paid
- Card payments through Paddle are refunded by Paddle, the merchant of record for those orders, to the card that was charged. It normally reaches your account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
- Invoiced payments are refunded by bank transfer to the account the payment came from, in the currency it was paid in.
