What Vaki does and does not do
- It answers from the information you give it, and when the answer is not there it asks the guest for an email address and tells you straight away.
- It reads your website to build the first version of its file. You check every line before it answers a guest.
- Your staff open one page, read the question and the whole conversation, and reply. The reply lands in the guest's own thread.
- Vaki does not take bookings or payments. It answers questions from your data and passes anyone who wants to book to you.
- It is a front desk for questions. It is not a booking engine and it is not a door or key system.
Which plan
If guests find you through your own website, Starter ($89 a month, up to 250 guest replies) puts the chat there. If they mostly write by email, WhatsApp or Telegram, Medium ($289 a month, up to 2,000 replies) adds those channels.
Starter is $89 a month for up to 250 guest replies, with chat on your own website. Small is $159 (up to 500 replies), Medium is $289 (up to 2,000 replies, and email, WhatsApp and Telegram as well) and Large, with phone, is $769 (up to 6,000 replies). The first 14 days are free on every plan. You add a card to start, nothing is charged until day 15, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing. You can be invoiced in US dollars or euros (Starter is $89 or EUR 79 a month). There is no setup fee and no contract, and the prices are final, with no VAT added.

Can Vaki help if nobody is on site?
It answers questions from your information at any hour. It cannot do anything physical, so it is a front desk for questions, not a check-in system.
What happens at 02:00 when a guest writes?
Vaki answers if the answer is in your information. If it is not, it asks for an email address and tells you, and you answer when you are up.
Do my guests need to speak English?
No. Vaki answers in 13 languages, in the language the guest wrote in.
Is there a contract?
No. There is no setup fee and no contract. The first 14 days are free and nothing is charged until day 15.
