The same questions before every lesson
Most messages to a school ask about the same few things: what to bring, what level is needed, where to meet, what is included and what happens if the day is cancelled. You know every answer. You just cannot type it with wet hands.
Write those answers down once and Vaki gives them to every student, at any hour, on your website. On the Medium plan it answers by email, WhatsApp and Telegram too.
What Vaki does and does not do
- It answers from the information you give it, and when the answer is not there it asks the guest for an email address and tells you straight away.
- It reads your website to build the first version of its file. You check every line before it answers a guest.
- Your staff open one page, read the question and the whole conversation, and reply. The reply lands in the guest's own thread.
- Vaki does not take bookings or payments. It answers questions from your data and passes anyone who wants to book to you.
Conditions and safety stay with you
Vaki never judges whether conditions are safe or whether a session is going ahead. Those questions go to you. In Iceland, when the Met Office has a warning in force, Vaki passes on the Met Office's own wording, word for word, in Icelandic or English, points to Veðurstofan and Vegagerðin, and tells you it was asked.
What it costs
Starter is $89 a month for up to 250 guest replies, with chat on your own website. Small is $159 (up to 500 replies), Medium is $289 (up to 2,000 replies, and email, WhatsApp and Telegram as well) and Large, with phone, is $769 (up to 6,000 replies). The first 14 days are free on every plan. You add a card to start, nothing is charged until day 15, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing. You can be invoiced in US dollars or euros (Starter is $89 or EUR 79 a month). There is no setup fee and no contract, and the prices are final, with no VAT added.

Can Vaki tell a student whether the waves are safe today?
No. Vaki never judges safety or whether a session is going ahead. Those questions are passed to you.
Will it answer in my students' languages?
Yes. Vaki answers in 13 languages, in the language the guest wrote in.
Does it take lesson bookings?
No. It answers questions from your information and passes anyone who wants to book to you.
Can I try it first?
