Which languages does Vaki answer in?

Accepted Answer

Thirteen, and the customer does not have to pick one. Vaki answers in the language it was asked in.

What happens when Vaki does not know the answer?

Accepted Answer

It tells you straight away. One of your people opens a single page, reads the question and the whole conversation, and answers. The reply lands in the customer's own thread.

Your website. It reads it and builds the first version of its own file from what is there. You read that through and correct anything wrong.
