Your guests write in German, French, Polish, Korean or Icelandic. You do not have to speak all of them. Vaki answers in the language it was asked in, from your information.
Thirteen languages, no menu
Icelandic, English, German, French, Chinese, Japanese, Polish, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Russian and Korean. The guest does not pick a language. They write in theirs and get an answer in theirs.
Each of the thirteen languages has its own test questions. You can try it yourself on vaki.chat by asking a question in any of them.
The same facts in every language
Your prices, times and policies are written once. Vaki answers every guest from that one source, so the German guest and the Japanese guest get the same facts.
What Vaki does and does not do
- It answers from the information you give it, and when the answer is not there it asks the guest for an email address and tells you straight away.
- It reads your website to build the first version of its file. You check every line before it answers a guest.
- Your staff open one page, read the question and the whole conversation, and reply. The reply lands in the guest's own thread.
What it costs
Starter is $89 a month for up to 250 guest replies, with chat on your own website. Small is $159 (up to 500 replies), Medium is $289 (up to 2,000 replies, and email, WhatsApp and Telegram as well) and Large, with phone, is $769 (up to 6,000 replies). The first 14 days are free on every plan. You add a card to start, nothing is charged until day 15, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing. You can be invoiced in US dollars or euros (Starter is $89 or EUR 79 a month). There is no setup fee and no contract, and the prices are final, with no VAT added.
