How a small business can answer customers at 23:40 without staying up
A message arrives at 23:40. You are with a customer, driving, or asleep. The customer wants to know how much something costs, when you are open, or where to park.
If the answer waits until morning, the customer may simply go to someone else. If you stay up to answer, you pay for it the next day.
It is nearly always the same questions
How much is it? When are you open? Where do I park? Can I bring my child? What if I need to cancel? You know every answer, and you give them every day.
What Vaki does at 23:40
Vaki is your front desk. It answers on your website, on WhatsApp, on Telegram and by email. It answers from the information you gave it: your services, prices, opening hours, where to find you and your policies.
The customer writes in their own language and gets the answer in it. Vaki handles thirteen: Icelandic, English, German, French, Chinese, Japanese, Polish, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Russian and Korean.
When the answer is not in your information, Vaki asks the customer for an email address and tells you.
What your staff see in the morning
One of your people opens a single page, reads the question and the whole conversation, and answers. The reply goes into the customer's own thread. Nobody has to learn a new system.
Safety
Vaki never judges whether something is safe. When someone asks about the weather or conditions, it tells you they asked, whatever it answered. Where an official warning is in force, such as one from the Icelandic Met Office, it passes on the official wording, word for word.
Missed calls
On the largest plan, a missed call becomes a written answer sent to you.
Getting started
You send your information once. Vaki reads your website and fills in your company's details, and you check every line before it answers a customer. The first 14 days are free (a card is needed to start, nothing is charged until day 15), with no setup fee and no contract. Prices and the full list of what Vaki does are on the Vaki home page.
