Chat on your own website in 13 languages, day and night. Outside your hours it tells the guest when a person is next at the desk, instead of promising a quick reply.
Quotes your prices exactly
Vaki gives the price exactly as you wrote it and never converts it or guesses.
Books into your system
Vaki reads what is free and what it costs from Bókun or Godo and books the guest in. After a booking the guest can get a link to view, change or cancel it.

Takes calls in Icelandic and English. You can follow every call as it happens, word by word.
Behind the scenes
MCP connector for Claude
Your own Claude reads your guest chats, tours and bookings, and changes how Vaki answers. It signs in with a code that works once. A cancel or rule change waits for your Yes, Claude never writes to a guest, and switching it off ends every login at once.
Questions Vaki missed
Every question Vaki handed over or could not answer, listed once. Add the answer and Vaki uses it from then on.

Travel agencies you work with check free places and their own bookings themselves, without calling you.

What guests asked about, what Vaki did for you in the last 7 days, and activities guests want that none of your tours offer. Counts only, no guest words.
Your own Claude key
Want the AI on your own Anthropic account? Add your key. If it stops working, Vaki hands guests to a person and never switches to another key.
You decide what is kept
Chats are deleted after the number of days you choose, from 1 to 30. Callers' numbers show only the last three digits unless you turn that off.
